Bradley from Active Dorset has come up with a dozen fun and different ways to build more movement into your days during the festive season. No excuse for slouching on the couch!
1. On the first day of Christmas my LiveWell treat will be putting up my decorations.
2. On the second day of Christmas my LiveWell treat will be 2 standing breaks.
3. On the third day of Christmas my LiveWell treat will be a 3 minute dance to my favourite Christmas song.
4. On the fourth day of Christmas my LiveWell treat will be a lunchtime walk.
5. On the fifth day of Christmas my LiveWell treat will be a 5 in 5 mini-workout. LET'S WORKOUT!
6. On the sixth day of Christmas my LiveWell treat will be to try mindfulness. CALM YOUR MIND
7. On the seventh day of Christmas my LiveWell treat will be to try some seated exercises. SIT DOWN, WORK OUT!
8. On the eight day of Christmas my LiveWell treat will be Christmas shopping, making sure I walk between shops and carry my bags.
9. On the ninth day of Christmas my LiveWell treat will be a local walk to have a look at the Christmas lights in my neighbourhood.
10.On the tenth day of Christmas my LiveWell treat will be to do 10 laps of my home throughout the day.
11. On the eleventh day of Christmas my LiveWell treat will be finding something new near me using the LiveWell finder. LET'S EXPLORE!
