If you’re a Fitbit user, downloading the supporting app allows you to view your progress towards your daily goals for steps, distance, calories burned and active minutes so you can see your trends over time. You will also be able to use a Fitbit tracker to record your sleep at night and you can use the app to set weekly sleep goals, create bedtime reminders and wake targets which you can review over time.
