A suicide prevention charity offering a safe space where men can feel comfortable to talk and open up about their experiences without judgment. There are groups in Dorchester and Weymouth
Active in Mind
Active in Mind sessions are run by Dorset Mind and offer a safe and friendly space to enjoy a cuppa and join in games and physical activity, from chess to pool. Walks for Men
Men Walking and Talking (MWAT) run mental health walks, with the aim of bringing men together in a safe space to end the stigma around men's mental health by supporting each other.

A sea swimming club for men. The benefits of cold water swimming on mental health are well documented. Paddle, swim, or just sit on the shore and chat – all welcome. You don’t need to be an experienced swimmer. Come on in!
