New year. New decade. New you? Couch to 5k is the perfect way to get set for a healthy 2020. It's the 9-week course that enables you to go from nothing to running 5km - no sweat! You can complete it on your own using the app or in a group. There are a whole host of places and groups to join this January. Here are the c25k courses we know of starting in Dorset in the New Year.

Completing c25k is just the start of your new running habit. parkrun is the ideal way to continue taking steps. You don't have to run! If you aren't yet able to run the full 5km, walk for some or all of it. We have ten parkruns to choose from in Dorset.
