Exercising outside is priceless, even at this time of year when many of us just want to stay inside and hibernate. Just five minutes in the outdoor gym every day can lead to an immediate improvement in mood and self-esteem, as well as physical fitness
Community Woodland Day - coppicing at Langton West Wood – 1st February 10.30am – 3.30pm at Acton Car Park. No need to book, just turn up and stay for an hour or more.
