The NHS ‘One You’ assessment is a great tool for identifying how you’re feeling and what lifestyle changes you might want to make in order to achieve your health and fitness goals. It takes you through a series of questions about your lifestyle, how you are feeling, your priorities and your food and drink choices then provides you with guidance and tips on how to improve the areas of your life you feel down about. It only takes 10 minutes and can be a great way to help identify areas of your life you want to make positive changes to.
