Before joining Live Well I was responsible for adult homelessness services in Somerset which included managing a day centre and an outreach team. Previous to that I was a Health Inclusion Worker. I love working with people and feel passionate about supporting people on the fringes of our communities to bridge inequalities in health and wellbeing. I have worked in this sector for over ten years now.
Having worked in personal training and cardiac rehabilitation, I'm excited to help people in Dorset make lifestyle changes. The positive feedback and success stories from people using LiveWell are incredible. We are all capable of so much more than we initially think when we’re ready to put our minds to it. I LiveWell by exercising in the great outdoors with my dog twice a day and doing Bikram Yoga.
My passion in life is to help people to see how awesome they truly are and to help them achieve their health goals. Seeing people take steps forwards is so satisfying and rewarding. I LiveWell by trying to be as active as I can, doing anything from walking and running, paddleboarding to scuba diving.
