•  Extra resources: free materials including printed flyers and posters and downloadable options - we'll equip you with everything you need to effectively promote wellbeing.

At LiveWell Dorset, we are experts in behavioural change and use evidence-based behavioural science to support long term lifestyle change. As part of Public Health Dorset, we have access to up-to-date information and advice on which to base our workplace strategies.  All of our health and wellbeing training sessions are accredited by the Royal Society of Public Health and our trainers have wealth of experience in engaging with workforces across a wide range of sectors.  All employees also have access to our core LiveWell service offering free individual advice and coaching support.   

NHS Health Checks in the workplace

We are able to deliver NHS Health Checks to eligible employees. These provide a convenient and accessible way for your staff to get their health assessed in the workplace and take action to protect themselves from future risk.
