My LiveWell is an interactive tool that you can use to engage with your coach, and the plan you will build together, in between sessions. It will also help you to remember the work you did with your coach after you have completed your sessions.
Your ‘plan’ is a space for you and your coach to record your overarching goal and the things that might be stopping you from reaching your goal. Here you will also find the different techniques you have agreed to try with your coach – keep them updated on your progress by selecting an emoji for each one. If you’re struggling, let your coach know by choosing a sad face to show this. If your coach has suggested you read a specific article or suggested an event you might like to attend, you will also find these here on your plan.
This is where you’ll see the sessions you have booked with your coach. You will also see when you will be due to catch-up after you have completed your sessions – these will be around 3, 6, and 12 months. If you are not able to attend a session, you are able to use this page to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Breaking your plan down into smaller actions can make it easier to complete. If you and your coach agree on some specific actions you will take in between your sessions, this is where your coach will record them. You can update your coach on your progress by marking these as ‘complete’ once they’re done.
If at any point you would like some extra support from your coach, this is an easy way for you to get in contact with them. Your coach will be notified of your message and will aim to respond within 48 working hours (excludes weekends).
Here you will able to keep your details up to date, ensuring we are always able to contact you. You will be able to change your home address and phone easily, without having to contact LiveWell over the phone.
